In addition to leadership development, the Girl Guides of Canada-Saskatchewan Council encourages community involvement, environmental responsibility and provides recreation opportunities for girls and women across the province.
The organization marked some 
amazing accomplishments this past year:
51 Communities are engaged in Girl Guide Programs across the province.
3221 is the number of Girl Guide members in Saskatchewan.
5- 105 is the age range of their members.
2000 volunteers across Saskatchewan participated in their annual community clean up event.
28 years the Girl Guides have provided much needed support to local food banks.
