Attend the AGM!
The 2026 SPRA Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place virtually on Tuesday, October 20, 2026 starting at 1:30 p.m.
This page will be updated, and notice provided to the membership, in early September with additional details, including the official Notice of Meeting, Agenda, and 2025 AGM minutes.
The primary purpose of the AGM is to complete the legal business of the Association, which includes:
- Presentation of the board nomination and/or election results
- Presentation of the financial statements including the auditor’s report
- Appointment of the auditor for the upcoming year
In early September, all Active Members in good standing will receive an email to confirm their voting delegates for the AGM. If you are uncertain of your organization's membership status, or if you have any general questions, please contact our office at
