The Pedometer Lending Kit is lent out for a period of 6 weeks. If you require a longer period, please call the Resource Centre at 1-800-563-2555 for availability.
Pedometers are on a first-come, first-served basis. We will try our best to accommodate your needs but if we are unable to process your full request, please indicate a minimum number and alternate date.
The Pedometer Lending Kit is sent out with the understanding that SPRA will cover the cost to mail the contents one way outside of Regina. It is the responsibility of the borrower/school/community to pay the return shipping.
Upon submission of this agreement, you accept responsibility for:
- All Pedometer Lending Kits sent to you. If the Pedometer Lending Kit is not returned, or are seen as being damaged, you agree to pay a replacement cost of $25.00 per pedometer.
- If the Pedometer Lending Kit is not returned within 10 days of the specified return date, you will be invoiced for the full value of the kit.
