Swimming Pool Regulations: Opportunity for Feedback

The Government of Saskatchewan is seeking feedback from stakeholders, rightsholders, partners, and the public regarding proposed changes to The Swimming Pool Regulations, 1999. 

Who should participate and provide feedback on the proposed changes? 

• Public (users of public swimming pool facilities)
• Licensed and unlicensed public swimming pool facilities, including:
  • Swimming pools
  • Whirlpools
  • Cold plunge pools
  • Recirculated spray parks
  • Paddling pools (including fill and drain)
  • Waterslide facilities
  • Wave pool facilities
• Health care and professional facility pools (e.g., rehabilitation or therapeutic pools)
• Industry advocates and representative associations
• Government and Regulators
• Researchers/Academics/Swimming Pool Facility Professionals
