Resolutions & Constitutional Amendments
Do you have a resolution you would like considered at the AGM? Download and complete the Resolution Form and email it to apickard@spra.sk.ca by 5 p.m. on Wednesday, October 1, 2025.
Any resolutions received will be included on the SPRA website along with all other AGM documentation.
The Board of Directors is proposing a few amendments to the SPRA Constitution. Review the proposed amendments and rationale

In April 2025, SPRA sent out a call for nominations to fill five vacant positions on our board. All positions were filled by acclamation.
Therefore, the 2025-2026 SPRA Board of Directors, pending ratification by members at the 2025 AGM, will be:
- Darcy McLeod – President
- Connor Tessier – Director for the North
- Josh Davidson – Director for Villages
- Chelsea Corrigan – Director for Towns
- Chris Bruce – Director for Cities
- Amy Kent - Director at Large
- Larry Hall - Director at Large
- Skylar Antoniuk – Director at Large
- Michael Ulriksen – Director at Large
