Annual General Meeting

Attend the AGM!

The 2025 SPRA Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place virtually on Tuesday, October 21, 2025 from 1 to 3 p.m.  

This page will be updated, and notice provided to the membership in early September with additional details, including the official Notice of Meeting, Agenda, and 2024 AGM minutes.  

As a reminder, the primary purpose of the AGM is to complete the legal business of the Association, which includes:  

• Presentation of the board nomination and/or election results 
• Presentation of the financial statements including the auditor’s report  
• Appointment of the auditor for the upcoming year 

​​​​​​​In early September, all Active Members in good standing will receive an email to confirm their voting delegates for the AGM.
